  • Can you hold a place before I apply?

    Properties are only secured by signing a lease and paying the required security deposit(s).
  • Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    We require two months of rent amount as a security deposit and then the first month rent in full at move in. We do not collect the last months rent.
  • How old do you have to be to apply?

    You have to be legal age to sign a lease.
  • Is the deposit refundable?

    Security deposits are refundable if no damage other than normal wear and tear is done.
  • Who needs a cosigner?

    Co signers are considered on a case by case need.
  • You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    You can get our application from the web site or we can email it to you.
  • How do I pay rent?

    We have multiple payment methods. About 75% of our tenants pay online. We do not accept cash payments.
  • I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    Check with us first. Many of the properties we manage are condos with no pet policies.
  • I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    Contact us. We can walk you through the process.
  • My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    We have a standard notice you can fill out. We will typically check with you 60 days before your current lease expires
  • Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    Most of our owners will pay for all repairs but there are exceptions.
